Blondish Shoe Store, a leading footwear retailer in the US, is seeking an experienced Wholesale Order Coordinator to join our team. As a Wholesale Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our wholesale orders, ensuring that they are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time. You will work closely with our sales team, suppliers, and customers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled to their satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Manage wholesale orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and on time.

• Work closely with our sales team to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure that all products are in stock and available for delivery.

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding wholesale orders, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of all wholesale orders, including order status, inventory levels, and shipping information.

• Manage the invoicing process for all wholesale orders, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and sent in a timely manner.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesale order coordination.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of wholesale order management software is a plus.
