Job Description:

• Manage wholesale orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and on time.

• Work closely with our sales team to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure that all products are in stock and available for delivery.

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding wholesale orders, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of all wholesale orders, including order status, inventory levels, and shipping information.

• Manage the invoicing process for all wholesale orders, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and sent in a timely manner.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesale order coordination.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of wholesale order management software is a plus.
